Welcome to Cloud Cuckoo! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our store and services, including in-store purchases, flower deliveries, chocolates, and gifts. By using our website or purchasing from us in-store, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products
- Flowers: We offer a variety of fresh flowers available for purchase in-store or through our delivery service.
- Chocolates: Handpicked and curated chocolates available for in-store purchase.
- Gifts: We stock a range of curated gifts available for purchase in-store.
3. Orders and Payments
- In-store Purchases: Payments for all in-store purchases must be made in full at the time of the transaction.
- Online Orders: For online flower delivery, payments must be made in full prior to the dispatch of your order.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Discounts/Promotions: Promotional discounts and offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
4. Flower Delivery
- Delivery Area: We deliver flowers within a specific area. Please check if we deliver to your postcode before placing an order.
- Delivery Times: We strive to deliver flowers on your specified delivery date. However, we do not guarantee exact delivery times.
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders for same-day delivery must be placed by 12am by a phone call and not via online. Orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day.
- Delivery Fees: We have a standard delivery of £8.00 for orders over £40.00
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Flowers (In-Store and Delivered)
- Returns: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or faulty upon receipt. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the flowers to request a replacement or refund.
- Refunds: If flowers are damaged or fail to meet our quality standards, a full refund or replacement will be offered at our discretion. We may ask for photographic evidence to process the claim.
- Cancellations: Orders for flower delivery can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund due to the perishable nature of flowers.
Chocolates and Gifts (In-Store Purchases)
- Returns: Chocolates and gifts purchased in-store can be returned within 14 days of purchase provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
- Refunds: A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment once the item has been returned and inspected. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
- Exemptions: For hygiene reasons, perishable items like chocolates cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
- Cancellations: In-store purchases of chocolates and gifts cannot be cancelled once the transaction is completed. However, faulty items are covered under our standard return policy.
6. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If any product is found to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund. This applies to all goods sold by Cloud Cuckoo, subject to inspection.
- Flower Deliveries: If flowers arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
- Chocolates and Gifts: If any other product is faulty or damaged, please return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

8. Liability
Cloud Cuckoo will not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenue arising from the purchase or use of any products or services provided by us.
